c) Payment information — processed securely via PayFast; we do not store your card details.

d) Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Platform, used to improve our Service.

We use your personal information to:

a) Provide and operate the Platform's features, including AI plan generation and cost estimates. b) Process payments and deliver purchased plans. c) Communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests. d) Connect homeowners with contractors where requested. e) Improve our Service and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

a) Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. payment processors, email providers, hosting infrastructure). b) Contractors, only when you choose to request a quote or share your project with them. c) Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
